Reason for the Failure CV response

Merchant needs to contact their TPP (Processor) or their MSP (Merchant Services Provider) to have the TPP check the account setup.

If the merchant has access to the Tenerum Portal, they can go into "Administration", then "Credit/Gift Processor Info" to see the data that Tenerum boarded to merchant with. A terminal must be selected. This data needs to match what the Processor has for the merchant account.
