5005 Terminal Duplicate Logon Indicates another device has already registered in
the Tenerum system using the provided credentials. Find the S/N on the back of the device and call Tenerum with the S/N and the information when entering 111, enter on the device.in Estate Tenerum will need to delete the device and reboot the device.
5018 Gateway Unavailable Indicates no valid matching has occurred using
the provided provisioning credentials. If device is found in Tenerum, Tenerum will need to delete the device and reboot the device. If device is not found in the Tenerum system, get the device configuration (111, enter), and call Tenerum to investigate.
